I’ve been on keto for six months. No Gluten, milk, peanuts, yeast, or probiotic drinks. Lots of lean meats, coniferous veggies, almond protein, cheese and meat snacks. I’m 28 pounds down. My blood pressure went from an average of 125/85 to 110/65. I haven’t done any cholesterol labs, but plan to when I hit 1 year. I stay between 20-35 carbs daily. My urinalysis shows “trace ketones.”

Good work T$. Thanks for sharing this. I'm trying a diet where you eat within 4 to 6 hour span then fast for 18 hours. I might try it combined with keto. Giving up heavy cream in my coffee is going to be tough. Hope all is well. Tell JD hello.🫂
Intermittent fasting is very good. It did not help me. I used to do a lot of religious fasting. For me, it reduces the appetite, lust, and enhances focus. I was not doing keto tho. This is my first try at it and I have never had this much success. It started off as a list of food allergies so there could be a hormonal component related to intaking allergens. Many people are allergic to food items or have sensitivities that they don’t associate with food. If I can’t see you at Nostrbama, I’ll have to see you again soon after! Stay in touch.
