The vast majority of people I know realize that the monetary system has a huge problem. But most of them don't yet see Bitcoin as an alternative. (Or THE solution) Probably because they don't understand it yet.
But, and this makes me very optimistic, more and more people are getting to grips with Bitcoin. At least give it a chance. Not least because we never tire of talking to them about it.
Yes they don't understand it.
We all know how many hours you have to put in to really get to grips with bitcion. This is a proof of work system that requires time and a lowering of the ego.
The human tendency to dismiss bitcoin, rather than do the work is an interesting one.
if you are close to someone that has gone down the rabbit hole, then the trust that you have with them can be a great asset to you. It can speed up your journey into bitcoin.
