That said France brought in an incompatible minority and did not apply stern justice to criminals - supposedly the kid had something like 10 known prior crimes

This is apparently the third time police killed someone this year, so not exactly a genocide

Personally I believe any stupid culture can be made to live under Western law, but only if crime receives corporal punishment
