Damus is my favorite for iOS, but primal and Nostur also have good iOS clients… searching depends on the relays you have access to… it’s not the easiest to search individuals that you do not already have their npub… plus most people are not using their names on nostr. It’s easier just to hashtag your notes and draw people that are interested to you.
