More the latter, but from the perspective of having completely seen through human needs and wants. Cut off ambition like a laser to a tumour.
There’s literally nothing to fight for.
I stopped doing things to get things a while ago.
I found that work is more enjoyable when getting paid isn't the primary reason for the work.
