If a whale dumps a bunch of coins on you, now he is fiat rich and powerful and still incentivised to fight for bitcoin to increase the value of his remaining coins.
Bitcoin can't lose.

Even if the whale feels threatened by bitcoin & wants to destroy it's credibility.
It dumps some or all of its coins on the market & price drops.
They only have so many coins & eventually hodlers take those bargain coins out of circulation. The whale ceases to be a whale & the slow grind up continues.
The US government is or was a bitcoin whale & I'm ok with that.
