its not worked for long time, because search engines dont really match domain names anymore. i dont really know what the fuck "modern" search engines even do.

however, when you actually want to do string-match search, one thing you can do is match agains 250 million domain names. its 4,4 GiB text file.

in memory search is damn fast. grep is slow compared to this.
