Just as mammals typically exhibit sexual dimorphism in their species, humans also seem to exhibit some kind of cognitive dimorphism where certain individuals prefer and lean towards abstract power hierarchies, while other individuals prefer and lean towards physical power hierarchies. I donāt know if I would call them psychopaths or evil. It's all completely natural behavior for a species that is capable of complex abstract thought.
psychopathy is a developmental error caused by prevocal trauma conditioning, which stops the development of the emotional mirror reflex, that some call "empathy" but is more accurately called sympathy, since it is unconscious.
i dunno if there is an evolutionary solution to this problem because this behaviour HAS TO be learned, it is such broad scope it touches the entire neurocircuitry.
it's simply, once this disease infects the population, it is gonna keep on consolidating and expanding until a final point at which every human will need to be tested for it and executed if they fail.

also, "sexual dimorphism" again it's a learned behaviour, and again, when it goes wrong, it puts the individual in a position of being liable to be end of line.
thus it has nothing to do with sex, but rather the abolition of reproduction altogether, just as psychopathy is the abolition of social order.
