Perhaps. But if that law wasn’t in place, the state would be incentivized to steal #bitcoin from citizens for their own benefit, just as some local LE depts use civil asset forfeiture in the US to add funds to their depts. 👎 I think requiring the state to sell it is a far better option for the people.
