My reasoning was because I am seriously trying to persuade my GF that we should use our airline points to fly to Santa Barbara , hit the farmers market , take the train down to LA from there and stop to pick up some other products along the way ,, then fly them back .. we get 2 50 lb bags to check each for free , that’s a lot of food .. anyways .. I thought . Crap, why not make it possible for someone to participate and get rewarded with their own groceries ? You would have users that just use the system to have product delivered , users who participate to pay for their own food , and I guess some other kinds I can’t think of ? I would totally be willing to go and find local farmers and get them setup in a marketplace, like maybe you have a relay with a market place that nests several market places into it and everyone who setup a marketplace in the main hub has their own marketplace that’s a backup and used to update the main public marketplace . . Do you know of anything happening or think that is an idea to work on ? I mean , I have several kitchen manager friends who are not governed by law or ordinance on who they can buy produce from to sell in their Resturant’s.. at least they could start sourcing their ingredients for the best products that make their products better and not have to use all the same local distribution channels ..
