Are you concerned at all with the bitcoin core devs refusing to implement spam filters? Shouldn't we be sounding the alarm and switching to knots or other implementations?

If you’re concerned it means you need to decide where you stand in the drama. If you like it you stand with core. If you’re a sound money maximalist get on knots or any other setup your values align with.
