There’s some shade being thrown at Swan right now over Prime Trust. I started becoming a bit adversarial towards them (mostly Cafe Bitcoin) after this particular episode back in November. I saw them as using their podcast platform to make everyone not worry about Prime Trust when there was every reason to worry.

Swan is one of the best Bitcoin companies we’ve ever had but still gotta keep an eye on the signal.

Cory seems to keep his head on a swivel but still ”Don’t trust Verify”.

I think Cory is an honest actor using his platform to push his view of the world.

That said - this is an L. I think Swan will get through it and be better but people should be aware.

The head on the swivel is a result of Cory surrounding himself with Bitcoiners who demand greatness. That’s a feature and that’s why I think he’s generally a good actor.

But always verify and never trust.
