In Amethyst, I used to have an option every time I would zap to choose the wallet to send from
Now it defaults to my WoS which I don't want
Is there a way to adjust this to either use a different wallet as default or have options to zap from again?

Nope. Your lightning address for receiving zaps is completely independent from the wallet you use for sending. You could have an Alby lightning address for receiving and Wallet of Satoshi for sending without any issue.
In this case Wallet of Satoshi was set in Android as the default wallet to handle Lightning payments requests. Just had to clear the OS's defaults.
Maybe in settings? Default apps? Guessing here
What happens when you long press the zap button?
I'd do what Ryan suggests, but I'd have said uninstall and reinstall, should get your wallet choice back, you've obviously pressed always by accident
I think it depends on the wallet you use and if it has nostr wallet connect. I habe 2 profiles (business and personal) and two different wallets. My business one is coinos hooked up via nostr wallet connect. Zaps instantly go through that without extra dialogs or questions. My personal one (this one) doesn't have any nostr wallet connect set up. When I zap from it, a dialog pops up asking which wallet I wanna use, then it brings up an invoice in that wallet.
