Friday morning I woke up, twisted my knee and suddenly couldn’t move.

Again.

That pain… I remembered it instantly.

Crystal clear. The same pain I felt five years ago.

A few hours later: hospital, MRI, diagnosis.

Meniscus pinched and torn.

Two weeks before I’m supposed to fly to El Salvador.

Surgery on Monday.

Still wondering what the universe is trying to tell me this time. 🥺
