I've successfully automated most of the InfoSec team's work (because of incompetence) so now most of their job is running reports and resetting credentials.

They fucking broke prod today because they thought they were in dev resetting creds. Then I asked for a simple massaging of the data from one of their reports to get the image tag alongside of the image name and they said it can't be done, even though the other team that uses this data has it in their reports.

I guess automation with certain people is either 100% or not helpful at all.
