If you are expecting mass civil disobedience from bitcoiners you are going to be incredibly disappointed.

Fortunately bitcoin is designed to be resistant against a captured majority.

Millions of us will still use bitcoin as a tool for freedom but we will be the minority.

As long as we "capture" some lands with nice climate like El Salvador also near Europe and Asia, I can live with minority :). Canary islands, Thailand and Japan will do just fine for me. But the more the better.
