I'm sure I'm way out of date on it, but the MS shortcuts are extremely well designed.
Excel is perfectly fine tuned. I've memorized keyboard shortcuts for almost everything, no mouse needed. I use Excel daily for work.

There's a reason the entire global financial system runs on Excel... And it works just as good for modeling Bitcoin-denominated finances as fiat 😀
