Read his word, especially the psalms and the gospel of John; pray, sing robust hymns with and to one another; read/study the Heidelberg catechism together; be with other believers as much as you can; look for ways to serve others who are also hurting; attentively attend corporate worship and the 'ordinary means of grace'; 'lean in and lean on the flock of God'
