While I'm not a girl, I can give my two cents on this:

My mental health is in a better place than it was when I was using Nostr in the past. The comments I made were conspiratorial (and thus, drained my mental health a bit).

Nowadays, while I still have that, I'm focusing on better things in a spiritual war against a specific religion (Roman Catholicism), and how I do it is by... literally not doing anything the Pope, the Catholic leadership or the Jesuit Superior General and his minions want. This is how you take the Mark of the Beast: by revering (forehead) and obeying (right hand) the Pope and the General, point blank.

That aside, since starting to use Nostr this way (and not for the conspiratorial slop I fell for while I was technically a Jesuit dirtbag), my mental health has been better, but I'm still working on that.

Numerology also helps as well, since I use that to plan my projects (numerology and gematria are my script after all).
