What a coincidence.
I literally threw away every shred of polyester clothing in my closet two days ago. Many empty drawers remain.
Wool, cotton, and tencel have replaced it. Linen sheets too.

Tencel is great. I had my doubts about it, but I have a wool/tencel sweatshirt from Ridge and recently got some pure tencel sleepwear from Eberjey. The sweatshirt is really thin, but sturdy and warm. The Eberjey stuff is literally cold to the touch, but is just right when you wear it, and super soft. Unbound, Smartwool, Ridge, and Woolx are my go to wool brands.
Overall, I'm a fan of tencel now. But I'm more a fan of wool. I got the sleepwear because wool doesn't vibe well with linen sheets, apparently. There's also an absolute fuckton of lint because it's new I guess.
Plastic is the root of many bad things. Get rid of it and live more healthy.
