This would be great however I can't see it happening, back handers will be paid and the shotcoinery will continue until it collapses by itself

Seems fake, there are other asset that can be considered commodities because not issued by anyone. And the SEC knows it.
This also puts a little *doubt on that they have claimed that the SEC gave them no regulatory clarity.
"Don't trade securities, BTC only" is very fucking clear.
