I haven't. Just started playing with this stuff on personal projects recently now I'm doing it more at work. Using React for personal stuff just because it's easy to get running. Will explore other frameworks soon!

Also have plans for more complex stuff via Flask.

Well Vite supports React. It's just that CreateReactApp is a little crusty. More modern bundlers are optimized and don't require election when you want to get into the guts.
