Day 14 of the #proofofwork and #blocksport challenge!
One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat!
✅ 144 Push-ups
✅ 144 Squats
✅ 144 Crunches
The workout was hard but I was definitely worth it!
Tomorrow will be the next difficulty adjustment.
I will have a little break because I will be on short holidays to Dublin but I will continue the challenge with new difficulty when I am back home!
