This is something that very much makes no sense - im all for giving people equal opportunity BUT it must be based on merit not fucking skin color.. If I work and someone with a different skin color adds more value - I must up my game or fuck off..

Typical 'TOO BIG TOO FAIL" companies bending the knee where it doesn't benefit anyone accept a few people - "fat cats" who push the right paper and add no value..
