No one has a right to oxygen—he has a right to breathe. No one has a right to a stomach full of water—he has a right to drink such water as he may find. No one has a right to food—he has a right to work for a living.

No one has a right to shelter—he has a right to build a home on such property as he has acquired by honest dealing. No one has a right to health care—he has a right to trade for the services of those willing to trade with him, at a price agreed upon by both parties.
