After some procrastinating I've finally racked my mead. I left it alone for three weeks.

I cold crashed it for a day and then then gave it a taste test.

So wild flower honey and green tea and bread yeast at the beginning.

Later I was able to add Earl Grey and raisins.

It still tastes really sweet which tells me I could probably let it go for another couple weeks.

Pretty happy.
