🫂🫂 side note When you have something that terrifies you , do gradual exposure therapy to it even from just watching content , so that you don’t get a freeze or ptsd reaction if one day you’re exposed to it and you need to act fast , I had ptsd from one as well and kept working on it this way

🫂 almost drowned as well but its just a memory of a thing that happened a long time now.
