this is a very durable conspiracy mostly consisting of a little group of families forming various kinds of dynasties and the independence of USA is a cloak for its real power structure, and dozens of other states are also cloaks around the same power structure, all the english speaking ones, for a start, and then, the EU, russia and china, which you can find ample information about how both of those were fabricated by flows of money from these same dynastic family groups

the most important part of their arsenal is the idea that humans need government and that democracy is the best form of government, and they drop every last one of the actual features of that system progressively to continue to hold on to power

democracy used to be only men who owned property (and only men could)

then they dialed that back to only men

then they dialed it back to allow women

there is only a husk of the original model of democracy at this point

the only reason it worked, was because property owners interests were in not having maurauders overrun them

and why men? because only men can really command a militia, women are not hunters, they are gardeners and at best herders, their eyes are sideways, like sheep and cows, because they are potential targets for gangs of hunting men to plunder, and because babies and herds are notoriously unruly

once you have no stake in your vote, nor any requirement you have a capacity (in potentia) to run or be part of a military organisation, the entire function of democracy is broken and at that point it is simply pure information warfare
