Check out Nostur on iOS/macOS. Handles multiple accounts really well, and you can even quickly switch for one-off replies without having to completely switch to another profile.

Snort has profile switching in notes too. But needs better account switcher drop-down

Nice! I thought I remembered Snort having multiple account support but wasn’t 100% sure.
