I like the "outbox model" a lot (c.f. "gossip protocol")
I wonder if it's not too narrowly defined, but maybe that's a good thing

the "gossip protocol" is just the way nostr was supposed to work from the beginning. can we just update the clients to do this correctly and just call it "nostr?"
