Advice request….If i wanted to buy a new laptop and wanted to keep a lid on the privacy issues we’re all caught up in, which older windows version should I use?

-I’ve considered linux but Im not going that route.

-Im not doing anything more secretive than protecting my btc and wanting some anonymity.

-I recently gave up my smart phone, dumped all gmail & all google apps.

Its a work in progress… just looking for useful tips or advice.
