is it fair to say that you don’t put too much stock in Poilievre’s ability to make any substantive policy course-corrections that would lean more in #bitcoin’s favour, given he is an entity within the current system?

I wonder what impact he would/could have if he were to get elected, or how much of what he has to say re. #bitcoin is simply lip-service…

I know he is/was a Bitcoiner (because I helped him with buying set up in self custody. He understands it and understands the free market. Can’t say what any politician will do in the end but I suspect he will protect it in Canada.

Agreed, difficult to know if Poilievre will walk the walk, but things seem promising for a 2027 turnaround if we the people commit to the fight.
