A long time ago I ran Linux as my primary operating system, but then went back to Windows for a variety of functional reasons for the time in question. Now that Windows has gone full malware/spyware at it's core I'm looking at going back. My needs are simple, and all I need is a stable desktop version on which I can run my programs and use my printer and scanner without jumping through any hoops. Now all I need is a distro that will do all that on my existing hardware.
