As Chancellor of the Klingon High Council I can verify that what Walker says is not only true but that governments regularly dispose of anyone who stands in the way of their various agendas.
Here's the problem:
All nation-states are under the control of "principalities and powers" that are quite literally the minions of satan. This is the truth taught cover to cover in Jesus/God's word, the Bible.
This will ring true with any honest observer of life in our "modern world."
What's the solution?
Recognize Jesus/God our Creator as the *only* one with an inherent right to govern us. The incredible and liberating truth is that he is the most *benevolent* ruler *ever* and --unlike the slimy bastards who presently claim to be in charge--Jesus has our *best interests* at heart.
