Is there some way to receive normal zaps to a cashu wallet?

Thinking of integrating some existing cashu wallet as the default wallet of https://new.iris.to
you can try npub.cash
It works if you add the lightning address to your nostr profile. I also tried minibits Cash a while back, nut the zaps didn't go through.
there are various ways:
- use minibits lnaddress with your nostr client and zaps will flow into it.
- use npub.cash to claim your npub lnaddress and the zaps will be get in the form of cryptographically-locked cashu sats to reclaim when you want.
- use cashu.me web-wallet where you can set a lnaddress based on npub.cash. Use it as lnaddress in your nostr client and zaps will flow in the cashu.me wallet (under the hood they will be locked to the npub select and the wallet will claim automatically when you open it).
This last way is what I'm using and the best experience so far for now in my opinion.
One of the cashu.me (or npub.cash) superdevs should take the cashu.me option one step farther and forward the actual ecash token to the user as a DM. Then the wallet could pull that with a key signer extension.
I think the “claiming” on a third party site is too much to remember. I do like the npub.cash style where it is stupid easy, if it would just forward to my DM then a client wallet could incorporate these automatically.
this is something we will have in future, I think all the logic will be hided easily to the users and cashu will be transferred as a magic pay2npub zaps. It will require some time and dev work, but we are definitevely near this.
I think to build complex logics (like cashu magically forwarded in dms) we need first simple tools that do stupid simple things. The good UI will come next.
