✈️ What compensation is due to passengers in case of a flight delay:

A delay is considered to be a change in the departure time at the moment when passengers have already checked in for a flight and are waiting for their departure in the “clean” area of the airport.

➖Two Hour Flight Delay - Passengers are required to provide luggage storage, a mother-and-child room, refreshments, and two phone calls and two emails to alert others of the delay.

➖Four hours - passengers have the right to demand a hot meal. Further, the airline is obliged to feed passengers every six hours during the day and every eight hours at night. As a rule, representatives issue a ticket or voucher to one of the establishments at the airport. Sometimes the airline organizes the distribution of its own meals.

➖Six Hours - Passengers can request hotel accommodation while waiting. There is also a transfer from the airport. Usually passengers are accommodated in hotels near the airport.
