I got mine today also, the USB cable is way too short. I broke my back trying to use it.

I found the seed recovery a bit challenging and time consuming vs ledger also. But want to have multiple hardware providers.

This is my first hardware wallet so I can't compare. But even for me it seems to be intuitive. Need to find something better than piece of paper for me seed 😇

It's an excellent device. Just make sure you follow the instructions carefully. Back up your seed phrase and passphrase separately and securely.

It is intuitive and simple to use. But also the most powerful HW you can buy. So you can do many things with it. Just stay away from shit coins. Aka altcoins..🧡🙂
