If you “like” (🤙) a note on #nostr you’re not a ₿itcoiner. Send a 1 sat zap instead. Be the change you wish to see.

My issue with that is I just wanna do what I want. Sometimes I have the time to read lots of notes and comment on them and zap. Sometimes I don’t have much time but wanna get an update of what’s happening and will do some quick likes (and maybe just don’t wanna give someone the zaps too). I don’t think it’s a basis to label or un-label someone.
It takes a half of a second longer to zap vs like.
Depends on the client. Damus is quick. YakiHonne pulls up a window, enter amount, zap, takes a sec or two to finalize. Scrolling through a bunch of notes when time is limited, it adds up. Andas I mentioned, some notes I just want to like and not zap. My choice.
I’m all about choices and not fond of labels myself but felt like I needed to say something. I don’t have a huge following and have the time to send a 1 sat zap instead of a like.
