BTC117: Bitcoin and the Start of the Information Era w/ Luke Broyles

" #[0] Preston Pysh talks with Luke Broyles about Bitcoin's impact from a monetary historical perspective. Luke has been creating a lot of great content around why Bitcoin is so important, how we're at the start of the information era, and why scarce digital monetary units are so vital at such a point in time. Wasn’t sure how to repost this with some thoughts using Damus so I’ll leave it here. This has been a great listen on my morning drive to work.

Incentives are a force, similar to gravity. Depending on the environment (I.e. different places on earth - underwater, or different planets) you will experience that force differently.

Gravity can be never be corrupt. Incentives are not corrupt, BUT they can be *corrupted* and they have certainly become extremely corrupted since 1971 when the USD was no longer redeemable for gold.

Bitcoin + Nostr can help us recalibrate and restore incentives that will help ourselves and others prosper and improve, a win-win.

Much better than the fuck-it-all incentives we are living through under FIAT world order.

🤯

I agree with you Sir. Wwe are moved by incentives and Bitcoin and Nostr are changing our behaviours in a better way. Can't wait where this is going to lead..

Anyway I just posted an update of my Nostr source's list. There you will find almost all you need to use it. If you want to post a video from youtube, just copy/paste the url link of the video as a note 😉

looking forward to listening to this today
