What wallet or services can I pre load $10 worth of sats to give instead of a tip?

I regularly tell people, Ill double their tip if they accept it in bitcoin. 85% success rate.

I remember someone saying there was a service that would let you reclaim the sats if they went unused.

Hopefully wallet of Satoshi comes back to USA with a friendlier administration. Until then, I really don’t know if a good way to tip ppl in the wild
