I’m thinking about going Nostr only. The problem is there are many other things I like to consume that are on X or youtube, and I will miss them. What are your thoughts?

Going Nostr only is not a good idea, IMO, at this stage and possibly ever.
First, it doesn't even benefit Nostr, if that's the goal. Nostr and mainstream media having separate userbases, with little to no intersection, would, if anything, hurt the smallest of the two (Nostr).
Furthermore, there are drawbacks to decentralized platforms (and Nostr is only one of them). Some are momentary, some are just the price to pay for censorship resistance.
I think decentralized and centralized platforms will exist. Hopefully free speech (not censorship resistant) platforms will become mainstream, too. But there is nothing wrong with using X or YouTube.
