I can argue that calculating a hash with Sha256 algorithm is indeed quite difficult with just a paper and pencil 😆

Not relevant, it is still brute force not math. Computers do brute force faster, it is still brute force. Brute forcing your password isn't math, neither is mining.
The is no mathematical logic to finding a nonce for Shaw 256, no formula is possible, as I said it is a one way thing. Math is never one way. That is in fact that makes it math, it can be verified by doing it in reverse.
