I agree that a #ProofOfPersonhood protocol would probably be an effective way to block spam but I’m curious which PoP mechanism/protocol you would consider. They all have their pros and cons. There are also aggregators such as the #GitcoinPassport . I would also imagine a lot of pushback from #nostr users unless spam comes to a point where radical changes need to be made for the protocol to remain useable.
