Yeah, I'm always drooling at those Plan B passports wishing I had a half a million dollars so I can just buy my way into another country and get out of here if I felt like I needed to.

To be fair I have no clue. I'm not sure there really is unless you're moving through a place that literally doesn't have the infrastructure to spy on you.
