I don’t know I don’t count calories but it’s popular with people who do the keto diet. The official name is bulletproof coffee. I think it also helps with avoiding the coffee crash.

Interesting. Maybe didn’t put enough coffee in it, but doesn’t really taste that much different but that fatty feeling.
