I never heard of people eating them… and I ate a few mushrooms.
#Cordyceps are the real deal.
Took a gram yesterday evening before a run. Woke up balls to the wall at 3AM completely recharged and awake. Going to lift to burn off the energy.
Obviously I will be moving them to my morning stack going forward. Powerful stuff.
