If he does it again, it’ll quickly go to a judge.

This is an explicit “you didn’t tell me not to” flex by Trump to see what he can get away with.

He will comply and his lawyers should be advising him that behavior can instantly put him behind bars.

There will be no trial or appeal.

Over the next month or so, you may see more posts like that from him, and predictably (and smartly) neither the judge nor the prosecutors will react to them.

They don’t want to make him the center of attention he desperately wants to be. Teri covers it well.
