Super tasty , wasn’t a big eggplant fan till I got together with my GF whose a vegitarian .. she never grew anything before either so this was a hell of coming together indeed!

Our sourdough buns for burgers tomorrow (and the impossible Pattie’s too) go in , in half an hour for 25 minutes before bed !

This sourdough starter we have is a beast too.. these buns have diced hatch green Chili’s and smoked Gouda rolled into them , used local homey instead of sugar too!!!
