1. Positively correlated doesn’t say too much - how strongly? Need a number.

2. Of course all of those healthy traits

would correlate positively and strongly. They're all different traits of "health"

3. Sounds like the correlation is frequency of eating out and some rating of "healthiness" (longevity, duration free of disease, etc). I think this is mainly a case of people who are healthy are also ones who are willing and able to get out, do things, travel, and maybe offer themselves a burger and fry treat. If you're unhealthy, you likely don't get out to do this.

And that's the kicker, the study showed eating fast food AWAY from home had this positive correlation. I'll bet anything it would be negative for eating fast food at HOME. The study seems to really be correlating (a) getting out of the house and doing things with (b) health: not fast food consumption and health.
