I disagree. Everything comes with a price.
Firing up the computer or staring at your phone cost energy. Studying requires your time, which is valuable.
Time is the value prop. If you spend your time you are rewarded with knowledge.
If you do not spend time figuring out bitcoin you will eventually buy bitcoin at the price you deserve.
So it will either cost you present time and energy now. Or cost you more slave labor energy and time later.
Time and effort, yes. All within your control. Nothing else needed.
